These terms apply to arclanesystem.com, our demo and sales line at (507) 448-4912, and the text messages we send. By using them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Paid services for businesses are covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
SMS terms
Program: Arclane System text messages.
What we send: texts about a request you made: confirming, rescheduling or reminding you about a consultation or appointment, and following up on your call or message.
How you opt in: by giving us your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, for example when you call our line or book a consultation with us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message. We will send one text confirming you are unsubscribed, then no more texts unless you opt in again. You can opt back in by replying START.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or email mohammed.arclanesystems@gmail.com.
- Consent isn't required: agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we do not share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Texts sent for businesses that use Arclane
When a home-service business uses Arclane, texts sent for it name that business. The same rules apply: reply STOP to opt out of that business's texts, and HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Our demo line
Our demo line is a demonstration. Calls are answered by an AI assistant and are recorded and transcribed. No technician is sent and no real service appointment is made from a demo call. If you smell gas, have a carbon monoxide alarm going off, or see smoke or fire, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility.
AI-generated responses
Our assistant uses AI to answer calls and texts. It can make mistakes, and it does not give repair, safety, legal or financial advice. Anything important, such as an appointment time or a price, is confirmed by the business.
Using our website
Please don't misuse our website or phone lines, including by sending spam, trying to break or overload them, or pretending to be someone else. The content on this site belongs to Arclane System and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
No warranty and limits on liability
Our website and demo line are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Arclane System is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
